ข้อ 4. การส่งมอบและการรับมอบที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง

ข้อ 5.การโอนสิทธิตามสัญญา
ในระหว่างที่สัญญานี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ผู้จะซื้อสัญญาว่า จะไม่โอนสิทธิตามสัญญานี้ ให้แก่บุคคลอื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากผู้จะขาย
