บริษัท เอ็น แอนด์ เอ แอคเค้าติ้ง จำกัด ขอเสนองานการให้บริการด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากรของบริษัท สกายเวิร์ท (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด สำหรับปี 2558 สำนักงานฯ ขอเสนอรายละเอียดในการให้บริการ ดังต่อไปนี้

1) ขอบเขตการให้บริการ
1) ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี พร้อมวิเคราะห์รายการทางบัญชีว่า
เหมาะสมในการบันทึกบัญชีหรือไม่
2) ตรวจสอบรายการในสมุดรายวันขั้นต้นในโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ที่พนักงานของ
บริษัทได้บันทึกบัญชีไว้พร้อมทั้งเสนอปรับปรุงรายการที่ผิดพลาด
3) ตรวจสอบการจัดทำรายงานงบทดลอง กระดาษการ และรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4) ตรวจสอบจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน เช่น
4.1 งบกระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร (bank reconcidation)
4.2 รายละเอียดยอดคงเหลือบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้าและเจ้าหนี้การค้า
4.3 รายละเอียดบัญชีสินค้าคงเหลือ
4.4 ทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร ฯลฯ
5) ตรวจสอบการจัดทำเอกสารส่งหน่วยงานราชการ
5.1 แบบภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด. 1,3,53)
5.2 รายงานภาษีซื้อ รายงานภาษีขาย จัดทำแบบภพ.30
5.3 แบบประกันสังคม
6) ตรวจสอบระบบสินค้าคงคงเหลือ
7) ตรวจสอบระบบการฝากขายสินค้า (Consignment)
8) ให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาและวางแผนภาษีอากรให้สอดคล้องกับประมวลรัษฏากร
9) ให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาในการปฏิบัติงานให้ถูกต้องตามความเหมาะสมและเสนอแนะในระบบการ ควบคุมภายในถ้ามี เช่นการรับเงิน-จ่ายเงิน , ลูกหนี้การค้า , เจ้าหนี้การค้าฯ เพื่อให้พิจารณาปรับปรุง
10) ฝึกอบรมพนักงานเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทันเวลา
2) แผนการปฎิบัติงาน
ทางสำนักงานฯ จะจัดทีมงานเข้าปฎิบัติงานพร้อมให้คำปรึกษา โดยพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม เริ่มตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน 2558 เป็นต้นไป

3) ค่าธรรมเนียมการให้บริการ
ค่าบริการรายเดือนๆละ 30,000 บาท (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
