ชั้นที่ 2 เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ของชาวอีสาน โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้าวของเครื่องใช้ในอดีตที่ค่อนข้างหาดูได้ยากในปัจจุบัน พร้อมทั้งทีการวาดลวดลายบนผนังที่เกี่ยวกับข้องห้ามของคนอีสาน ที่เรียกว่า “คะลำ” ซึ่งเป็นแนวประพฤติตนในการอยู่ร่วมกันของชาวอีสาน โดยแต่ละภาพก็หมายถึงข้อห้ามแต่ละข้อ ซึ่งมีทั้งหมด 35 ข้อ
