สรุปผล
โครงงานในเรื่องธุรกิจการทำ “เบอเกอรี่” คณะผู้จัดทำได้มีความสนใจ และได้ลงปฏิบัติในขั้นตอนการทำ จากแหล่งการเรียนรู้ที่ร้านของโรงเรียนพยุหะวิทยา( วัดเขาแก้ว )แล้ว คณะผู้จัดทำได้มีความรู้ตามขั้นตอน การนำวัตถุดิบมาใช้ โดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จากเจ้าเของร้าน ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมีทักษะในการทำ สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับ ทั้งทางด้านการลงทุน การทำธุรกิจด้านขนมหวานต่าง ๆ สิ่งสำคัญคือคณะผู้จัดทำสามารถนำประสบการณ์นี้มาพัฒนาเพื่อเป็นการต่อยอดประนำมาประกอบอาชีพได้
ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการทาโครงงาน
1. เป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาข้อมูลในระดับสูงต่อไป
2. ได้เรียนรู้วิธีการทำงานเป็นกลุ่ม การทำงานแต่ละส่วนต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือ ร่วมแรงร่วมใจในการทำงาน
3. มีความอดทนต่อการทำงาน เพราะต้องเจอกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆ
4. เกิดความคิดสร้างสรรค์และจินตนาการมากขึ้น
ข้อเสนอแนะ
อยากให้ทางโรงเรียนได้พานักเรียนดูงานในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อศึกษาการ ในด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักเรียน
