Can I know when managers’ room especially floor – please get the office general workers to sweep & mop daily – this applied to whole office & reception as well.
Clear job description must well define to all staff. I have noticed most of the time she is sitting there playing with the hand-phone. I can observe that frequently, I believed anyone of us can see that too!!

If you need adv please talk to me now. Hope not to see this happen again. This is not my first time to highlight this issue. Please ACT.
