บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ รวมจำนวน 82 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 10 ด้านได้แก่ ด้าน วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ใช้เป็นประจำด้านการเรียนรู้ทักษะการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของสถานศึกษา ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่อการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา ด้านการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา ด้านช่วงเวลาในการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา ด้านความรู้ ทักษะต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้ปกครอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏศรีสะเกษมีสภาพปัญหาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต ภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.50 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏศรีสะเกษมีสภาพปัญหาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต มาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการศึกษา ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 ด้านบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ใช้เป็นประจำ ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.76 ด้านการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.71 ด้านการเรียนรู้ทักษะการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.66 ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่อการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.41 ด้านช่วงเวลาในการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษา 3.30 ด้านนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของสถานศึกษา ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.23 ด้านความรู้ ทักษะต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.17 และด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้ปกครอง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.05 ตามลำดับ
