ผมคิดว่า packet ขาออก at customer CER จะไม่โดน QoS drop เพราะจากที่ผมได้ตรวจสอบ config file ที่ได้รับมานั้น ไม่ได้มีการกำหนด shape bandwidth เอาไว้เลย

I think that the outgoing packet at CER customer will not be charged with QoS drop because I have check the config file that is obtained. The shape bandwidth.
