• ด้านขนาดสายส่งกระแสไฟฟ้า จากการตรวจสอบสถานที่ตั้งของโครงการฯนั้น พบว่าสถานที่ตั้งโครงการมีสายส่งกระแสไฟฟ้าแรงสูง ติดกับพื้นที่โรงงาน
• ด้านแหล่งน้ำ จากการตรวจสอบสถานที่ตั้งของโครงการฯนั้น พบว่าสถานที่ตั้งโครงการอยู่ติดกับคลองและยังมีบ่อน้ำบาดาลอยู่ในพื้นที่โครงการ
• ด้านการขนส่ง จากการตรวจสอบสถานที่ตั้งของโครงการฯนั้น พบว่าที่ตั้งโครงการอยู่ห่างจากท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ประมาณ 10 กิโลเมตร
โดยเมื่อตรวจสอบและพิจารณาความเหมาะสมของสถานที่ตั้งแล้วพบว่า พื้นที่ที่จะใช้เป็นสถานที่ก่อสร้างนั้นมีความเหมาะสมในการดำเนินโครงการฯ โดยที่ไม่ติดขัด หรือมีผลกระทบใดๆ
