1. “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ตกลงว่าจ้างเหมา และ “ผู้รับจ้าง” ตกลงรับจ้างเหมา ดําเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารสํานักงานสูง 37 ชั้น, อาคารจอดรถสูง 10 ชั้น, ร้านค้า 2 ชั้น, งานรั้วโครงการ, งานภายนอก, งานประกอบและงานถนนพร้อมงานระบายน้ำของ โครงการ MS SIAM TOWER ถ. พระราม 3 แขวงช่องนนทรี เขตยานนาวา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีรายละเอียดครอบคลุมงานโครงสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรม และงานถนนพร้อมระบายน้ำ ตลอดจนงานอื่นๆ และรายละเอียด BOQ ทั้งหมดจนแล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ให้ถูกต้องตามสัญญาฉบับนี้รวมทั้งแบบแปลน รายการประกอบแบบ และเอกสารประกอบแนบท้ายสัญญานี้ ทุกประการ โดยตกลงให้สัญญานี้มีผลบังคับใช้นับแต่วันที่ เดือน พ.ศ. 2558เป็นต้นไป “ผู้รับจ้าง” ได้ศึกษาแบบแปลนแนบสัญญา และรายการประกอบแบบ ตลอดจนเอกสารและข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตลอดจนเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้ทุกประการถึงหน้าที่ทั้งปวงที่จะต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้แล้วจึงตกลงทําสัญญาต่อกัน โดย “ผู้รับจ้าง” สัญญาจะปฏิบัติงานในการก่อสร้างติดตั้งและดําเนินงานรับเหมาให้แล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน ให้ถูกต้องตามข้อความต่างๆ และเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดตามที่ระบุ หรืออ้างถึงในเอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญาดังต่อไปนี้ให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้

2. “ผู้รับจ้าง” จะเริ่มลงมือทํางาน ณ สถานที่ก่อสร้างตาม ข้อ.1 ตั้งแต่วันที่ ..….เดือน… ………...พ.ศ……เป็นต้นไป โดย “ผู้รับจ้าง” สัญญาว่าจะทํางานที่รับจ้างภายในระยะเวลาที่กําหนดดังต่อไปนี้
