เนื่องจากบริษัทฯ ประสบปัญหาการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่น้อยลง ในช่วงเดือน สิงหาคม – กันยายน 2559 ทางบริษัท ฯ จึงขอตกลงกับลูกจ้างโดยให้มีวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์เพิ่มขึ้นในวันเสาร์- อาทิตย์ และพนักงานรายวันจะได้รับค่าจ้างในวันเสาร์ที่หยุดวันล่ะ 150 บาท โดยเริ่มตั่งแต่วันที่ 6 – 13 – 20 -27 สิงหาคม และวันที่ 3 – 10 -17 กันยายน 2559 พนักงานได้ลงชื่อรับทราบไว้เป็นหลักฐานตามข้อตกลงดังกล่าวนี้
