- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อสรรหาข้อมูลให้ตรงกับความต้องการ และเป็นประโยชน์กับธนาคารและบริษัทในกลุ่มธนชาต ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการฉ้อฉล
- นำข้อมูลมาประมวลผล เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการจัดทำรายงาน นำเสนอให้กับผู้บริหารเพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจ
