ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จึงมีนบายในการจ่ายเบี้ยขยันให้กับพนักงานเป็นจำนวนเงิน 1,000 บาทต่อเดือน ซึ่งมีเงื่อนไขว่า พนักงานจะต้อง ไม่ขาด ไม่ลา ไม่สาย ภายในเดือนนั้น ซึ่งจะกำหนดการเข้างาน ในเวลา ไม่เกิน 9:00 น. ถึงจะได้รับเบี้ยขยัน และเช่นกันถ้าพนักงานท่านใดมาสายเกินเวลา 9:30 น. จะมีการหักมาสายตามฐานเงินเดือนของพนักงาน
โดยมีผลนับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2557 เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งเบี้ยขยันและการหักเงินมาสาย จะมีการจ่ายและหักของเดือนถัดไป
