อยู่ทางทิศใต้ของหาดสมิหลาประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร มีถนนแยกจากถนนไทรบุรี ตรงสามแยกสำโรง (โรงพยาบาลประสาท) เป็นหาดที่สวยงามแห่งหนึ่งของสงขลา มีโขดหินระเกะระกะอยู่ริมทะเล และมีอยู่ก้อนหนึ่งตั้งเด่นอยู่เหนือโขดหิน ซึ่งชาวบ้านเรียกหินก้อนนี้ว่า “หัวนายแรง”
