ข้าพเจ้า นายกฤติณ ในฐานะผู้รับมอบอำนาจของเคจ อิงค์ ตามหนังสือมอบอำนาจฉบับลงวันที่ ...... ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า เคจ อิงค์ ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยจากกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์โดยได้รับหนังสือรับรองภายใต้สนธิสัญญาทางไมตรีและความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างราชอาณาจักรไทยกับสหรัฐอเมริกา พ.ศ.2511 เลขที่ใบอนุญาต 1155600434 (เลขทะเบียน 0100556000713) เมื่อวันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2556 โดยเคจ อิงค์ได้ว่าจ้างนายนัทธ์ เข้าทำงานโดยตกลงจ่ายเงินเดือนค่าจ้างเป็นรายเดือนเพื่อตอบแทนการทำงานซึ่งเป็นจำนวนที่แน่นอนทุกเดือนตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม 2556 เป็นต้นมาตลอดระยะเวลาที่นายนัทธ์ทำงานให้ และนายนัทธ์ เองได้ตกลงยินยอมทำงานให้แก่ เคจ อิงค์ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามความหมายของการจ้างแรงงานตามมาตรา 575 แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ประกอบกับมาตรา 5 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ.2541 และมาตรา 5 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ.2533)
