กฎระเบียบหอพัก
1.หอพักปิดเวลา 22.00 น. และเปิดเวลา 05.30 น.

5.ห้ามส่งเสียงดังรบกวนห้องอื่นๆ
6.ห้ามนำสิ่งเสพติดผิดกฎหมายและของมึนเมาเข้ามาในบริเวณหอพัก
7.ห้ามเล่นการพนันในห้องพัก
8.ในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองหรือญาติจะมาพักด้วยชั่วคราวจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้จัดการหอพักรับทราบทุกครั้ง
9.ห้ามใช้ห้องพักจัดงานรื่นเริงสังสรรค์
10.ห้ามนำสัตว์ลี้ยงเข้ามาในบริเวณหอพัก
11.ห้ามติดสติ๊กเกอร์รูปภาพหรือตอกตะปูภายในห้องพักหากเกิดความเสียหายทางหอพักจะคิดจุดละ 50 บาท
12.ผู้เช่าจะต้องดูแลรักษาความสะอาดภายในห้องพักของตนเอง
13.ผู้เช่าต้องดูแลความสะอาดบริเวณหน้าห้องพักตนเองและทิ้งขยะลงในถังขยะที่ทางหอพักจัดเตรียมให้
14.ใน กรณีที่สิ่งของภายในห้องพักของผู้เช่าเกิดความเสียหายจากตัวผู้เช่าเองต้อง แจ้งให้ทางหอพักทราบผู้เช่าจะต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายหรือค่าซ่อมบำรุงเอง
15.ในการชำระเงินค่าห้องพักต้องไม่เกินวันที่ 5 ของทุกเดือนหากเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนดทางหอพักจะปรับวันละ 50 บาท
16.ใน กรณีที่ผู้เช่าจะย้ายออกต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อน 1 เดือนและจะต้องทำความสะอาดห้องพักให้เรียบร้อยมิฉะนั้นจะคิดค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท
หมายเหตุ: ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินของผู้เช่าเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายอันเนื่องมาจากผู้ เช่าไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของหอพักทางหอพักจะไม่รับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย ใดๆทั้งสิ้น
