ในเรื่องนี้ ฉันคิดว่ารัฐบาลควรมีความรับผิดชอบที่จะช่วยคนจนเพราะประชาชนทุกคนมีการเสียภาษีซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนเป็นค่าบำรุงรักษาและพัฒนาประเทศรวมถึงความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชน ดังนั้นรัฐบาลจึงต้องรับผิดชอบและตอบสนองความต้องการต่างๆของประชาชน รัฐบาลต้องมีการลงไปช่วยเหลือ แก้ไขปัญหา หรือถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับชาวบ้านที่ประสบปัญหาความยากจนให้อยู่รอดในทุกๆสถานการณ์ได้
