เพื่อสร้างให้เราเป็นบริษัทที่ดำเนินกิจการได้ถูกต้อง ปราศจากความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจ และให้พนักงานมีความเป็นอยู่ที่มั่นคง สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ บริษัทมีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ผู้บริหาร และ พนักงานก็มีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
กลุ่มบริษัท JTEKT ทั่วโลก จึงเริ่มดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริม ให้ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้ถูกเรียกว่า CSR Program
บริษัท JTEKT (THAILAND) มีประธานบริษัท เป็นประธานคณะกรรมการ การประชุม CSR Program Meeting เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโครงการนี้
โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ CSR Policy , Annual Action Plan และการดำเนินการด้วย PDCA
(1) CSR Policy ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ข้อที่ผู้บริหาร และ พนักงานทุกคนต้องปฏิบัติตาม
- ปรัชญาองค์กร Corporate Philosophy (วัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กรที่ชัดเจน)
- พฤติกรรมองค์กร Corporate Behavior ( พฤติกรรมที่ชัดเจนขององค์กร)
- วินัยพนักงาน Conduct Guide Line ( แนวทางการดำเนินงานของพนักงานที่ควรจะปฏิบัติ)
(2) Annual Action Plan
จัดทำแผนกิจกรรมการดำเนินการประจำปีเพื่อให้ CSR & Compliance มีความก้าวหน้าและบรรลุผลสำเร็จ

(3) การดำเนินการด้วย PDCA
ตรวจสอบควบคุมความก้าวหน้าของสถานการณ์ตาม Annual Action Plan ด้วยการทำ PDCA จากการประชุม CSR Program Meeting จะสามารถกระจายข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างทั่วถึง รวมถึงการแก้ไขปรับปรุงให้โครงการนี้ดีขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ
ทางบริษัทเจเทคโตะ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด จึงขอความร่วมมือกับพนักงานทุก ๆ ท่านในการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับ
CSR Program มา ณ โอกาสนี้ด้วย
