1.3 มีหน้าที่บริหารงานบุคคล การให้คุณให้โทษ,การวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอหาความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม,การกำหนดแผนโครงสร้างอัตรา
กำลังคนและการประเมินผลงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
2. จัดทำและบริหารการใช้งบประมาณของแผนกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
3. บัญชาการประสานงานและควบคุม กรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน ภายในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
4. จัดทำมาตรฐานการบำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรที่รับผิดชอบ
5. จัดแผนงานประจำปี และแผนหยุดซ่อมยาว สำหรับงานซ่อมแซม, บำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักร
6. ขอสำรองอะไหล่ และของใช้สิ้นเปลืองที่หน่วยงานรับผิดชอบ
