การศึกษาเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูปฐมวัย ในโรงเรียน เอกชน เขตอำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชน อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ บุคลากรครูระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชน เขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปผลได้ดังนี้
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 25 – 34 ปีขึ้นไป จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมากสุด รายได้อยู่ในช่วง 10,001-20,000 บาท มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 6 – 10 ปี
ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูปฐมวัย ในโรงเรียนเอกชน เขตอำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในโรงเรียน รองลงมาคือด้านความรับผิดชอบ และด้านลักษณะของงานกับด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา ส่วนด้านที่มีระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านเงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล
