การสมัครเป็นสมาชิกห้องสมุดจะต้องใช้เอกสาร ดังนี้
-รูปถ่ายขนาด 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 2 รูป
-บัตรประจำตัวนักศึกษาถ่ายเอกสาร 2 ใบ (หน้า-หลัง)
การต่ออายุบัตรแต่ละครั้ง
-เริ่ม 1 มกราคม สิ้นสุด 31 ธันวาคม ของแต่ละปี

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

To subscribe to the library. To subscribe to a document library. As follows: -1 2 inch size photo image. -Student ID card copy, 2 a (front-rear) Each card is renewed. -Start January 1 December 31 end of each year.
