ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานในสำนักงานมีจำนวน 51 คน เป็นเพศหญิง 31 คน เพศชาย 20 คน
ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 20-30 ปี
และประสบการณ์ทำงานในสถานประกอบการแห่งนี้ส่วนใหญ่ 3-6 ปี
จากผลการประเมินด้วยวิธี ROSA
พบว่าพนักงานอาจมีปัญหาทางด้านการยศาสตร์ จำนวน 46 คน
ซึ่งอยู่ในคะแนนที่มีระดับความเสี่ยงสูงตั้งแต่ 5 คะแนนขึ้นไป
โดยพนักงานทุกคนมีปัญหาด้านการจัดวางคอมพิวเตอร์แบบตั้งโต๊ะ จำนวน 46 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100
ด้านการจัดวางโทรศัพท์
ด้านการปรับเก้าอี้ขณะนั่งทำงาน
และด้านขนาดของเมาส์ มีจำนวนเท่ากันคือ 17 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.45
จึงเสนอแนะให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนท่าทางการทำงานและออกแบบสถานีงานให้เหมาะสมตามหลักการยศาสตร์
