พนักงานที่มีความประสงค์จะลาออกจากการเป็นพนักงานจะต้องแสดงความจำนงค์ด้วยการเขียนแบบแจ้งการลาออกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน โดยยื่นต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรง และการลาออกจะมีผลบังคับใช้เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติจากประธานของมูลนิธิฯ
