ให้ถือว่าบันทึกต่อท้ายสัญญาฉบับนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญาเช่าเลขที่ 01/2556 ลงวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2556

โดยนายเชิดชู มีความประสงค์ขอขยายระยะเวลาสัญญาดังกล่าวจากเดิม เป็นสิ้นสุด 15 กรกฎาคม 2015 โดยให้ข้อตกลงในสัญญาเป็นไปตามสัญญาฉบับเดิมทุกประการ
