Temperature have been shown to have a substantial impact on fungal growth dynamics (Ancin-Murguzur et al., 2018). The essential part of fungal physiology understands the effect of temperature on fungal growth. Modeling mold development in building components necessitates a thorough understanding of how temperature affects mold fungus. According to Tang et al. (2015), regulating air flow is insufficient to stop fungal growth when temperatures are ideal. This study aimed to determine optimum growth condition using pH, temperature and agitation speed during culturing of fungi isolated from different sources in Koya, Iraq.
