ชำระในวันที่ 1 เดือน พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2015 หรือด้านทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นโดยถืออัตราส่วนการ

ข้อ 3. การแบ่งกำไรขาดทุน

ข้อ 6. การถอนการเป็นหุ้นส่วน

คู่สัญญาตกลงจะไม่ถอนหุ้น หรือทรัพย์สินที่นำมาเข้าหุ้นส่วนตามสัญญานี้ไม่ว่าทั้งหมด หรือบางส่วนเว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากคู่สัญญาทุกฝ่าย

ข้อ 7. การผิดสัญญา

คู่สัญญาตกลงว่า หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใดตามสัญญานี้ คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาและยุติธุรกรรมทั้งหมด
