1.Shelf life ถูกกำหนดให้ตรวจภายในโดย QA ทุก 1 ปี และ RD ตรวจทุก 2 ปี และส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์โดยแล็ปภายนอกทุก 1 ปี
2.ในการที่จะเซ็ทเรื่องเวลา ความถี่ในการตรวจจะขึ้นอยู่กับ HACCP Team หากระบบยังคงดำเนินอยู่ตาม HACCP ก็จะกำหนดความถี่ไว้ทุก 1 ปี และจะมีการ Validate ทุก 6 เดือนอีกอย่างเราจะมีการ Monitoring อยู่แล้วตามรอบเช่น ทุก batch ทุก 1 วัน ทุก 8 วัน ทุก 1 ปี (ภายในด้วย Lab test kit rapid checking ) ในบางพารามิเตอร์ที่สามารถเช็คได้เท่านั้น เช่น sulfite/ Total protein allergen / TPC microbial test / Gram negative microbial test เป็นต้น
3.เหตุผลที่ส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์ก็ตามข้อ 2 เพื่อให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจในการตรวจสอบ เพราะประจำปีเราจะมีการตรวจสอบดังนี้

3.3 Physical test
3.4 Allergen ตามกฏหมายของแต่ละประเทศ
3.5 Migration test ตามกฏหมายของแต่ละประเทศ
