การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องสำนวน สุภาษิต และคำพังเพย ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Flash Professional CS6 และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 ที่เรียนในรายวิชาภาษาไทย เรื่องสำนวน สุภาษิต และคำพังเพยภาคเรียนที่ 1/2559 จำนวน 115 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน คือโปรแกรม Adobe Flash Professional CS6 และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การศึกษาพบว่า ความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.86 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านเนื้อหาและการดำเดินงานเรื่อง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 รองลงมา คือ ด้านแบบฝึกหัดท้ายบทเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.83 และด้านการจัดเรียงลำดับเนื้อหา มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.81 ตามลำดับ
