อยากจะสอบถามว่าหน้าจอ apple ต้องผ่านQC ถ้าไม่ผ่านผลิตออกมาแล้วนำมาขายได้ยังไง ตอนตรวจสภาพเครื่องเช็คแล้ว แต่รอยนี้ไม่สามมารถมองเห็นได้เลย ติดฟิล์มถึงรู้ว่าเป็นรอย รอยใหญ่และยาวมาก เป็นฟองอากาศ ซื้อเครื่องเมื่อวันที่ 3 เม.ย 2558 1.55 pm ติดต่อขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าวันถัดมาเพราะพึ่งเห็นติดต่อ ภายใน 24 ชม.แต่เปลี่ยนสินค้าไม่ได้ ติดต่อ 3 ครั้งแล้วที่ศูนย์ทรูปัดความรับผิดชอบกันไปมาในช่วงแรก ครั้งสุดท้ายที่ไปเจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าถ้าเคลมก็จะได้เครื่องเครม เครื่องเครมเป็นยังไงค่ะ? แตกต่างจากเครื่องปกติยังไง? ดีเท่าเครื่องปกติไหม ?ผลิตวัสดุอุปกรณ์เหมือนกันไหม? เจ้าหน้าที่อธิบายดีค่ะแต่ทำให้รู้สึกว่าเครื่องเครมไม่ดีเลยมีความรู้สึกว่าไม่อยากเครมคือตอนนี้ไม่อยากจะพูดอะไรอีกแล้วเหนื่อยมาก ขอแค่ให้ทางแอปเปิ้ลช่วย QC สินค้าให้ดีกว่านี้หน่อย ให้ผู้บริโภคไว้วางใจกับสินค้า ว่าเขายอมเสียเงินแพงเพื่อที่จะได้สินค้าที่ดีและบริการที่ดีจากแบร์นชั้นนำของโลก ดิฉันใช้สินค้าแอปเปิ้ลมาตลอดทั้ง Iphone and Ipad ไม่คิดเลยว่าวันหนึ่งจะเจอสินค้าที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน โดยส่วนตัวแล้วชอบและชื่นชมแอปเปิ้ลมากมีระบบปฎิบัติการที่ยอดเยี่ยมกว่า ,สินค้าคุณภาพดีกว่า โดยรวมดีกว่าเกือบทุกอย่าง แต่มาวันนี้
