มาตรา ๖๑ ได้กำหนดให้ความคุ้มครองงาน

2) งานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์ขององค์การระหว่างประเทศ ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นสมาชิกอยู่ด้วย เช่น องค์การสหประชาชาติ ก็ได้รับความคุ้มครองตามพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗
