บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้ามีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อ การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน บ้านหนองแปน อำเภอบุณฑริก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน บ้านหนองแปน อำเภอบุณฑริก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยแยกตามสถานภาพ ประกอบด้วย ฐานะเศรษฐกิจ ระดับชั้นที่นักเรียนศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามกรอบงาน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีการดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอนคือขั้นตอนแรก เป็นการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีรัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 ทุกข้อ ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และค่า และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแยกตามฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและระดับช่วงชั้นที่นักเรียนศึกษา โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way : ANOVA ; F-test) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Ryan-Eiot-Gabriel-Welsch ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เป็นการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนโดยใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม(Focus Group) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อความ (Content Analysis)แล้วสรุปในเชิงบรรยาย
