การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการขาดวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอจักราช สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็นผู้บริหารและข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนที่เปิดสอนระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอจักราช สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 6 โรงเรียน เป็นผู้บริหารจำนวน 6 คน และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 78 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 84 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการขาดวินัยของนักเรียนเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าที่มีค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อปัจจัยการขาดวินัยของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมเห็นว่าเป็นปัจจัย อยู่ในระดับมากเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ ปัจจัยกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านครอบครัว ด้านตัวนักเรียน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและค่านิยมและ ด้านโรงเรียน ตามลำดับ
