หน่วยสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาล
ความเป็นมา
ฝ่ายการพยาบาลมีนโยบายที่จะพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศของฝ่ายการพยาบาลด้านการบริหารการพยาบาล การบริการรักษาพยาบาลและการบริการ ด้านวิชาการ เพื่อนำไปใช้ ประโยชน์ในการปรับปรุงระบบงานให้ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้นเป็นการสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จึงได้มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการสารสนเทศตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2541 เป็นต้นมา
วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อดำเนินการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาล และการเผยแพร่ตลอดจนการจัดการฐานข้อมูลทางการพยาบาล รวมทั้งการให้บริการการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์

1. พยาบาล จำนวน 7 คน ปฏิบัติงานเต็มเวลาที่ฝ่ายการพยาบาล ทำหน้าที่บริหารจัดการด้านข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาล ดูแล/ให้บริการการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงตลอดจนประสานงานด้าน สารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลรวมทั้งจัดอบรมการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
2. กลุ่มผู้แทนจากทุกงานการพยาบาลละ 1 คน รวม 10 คน ปฏิบัติงานที่หอผู้ป่วย/หน่วยตรวจ มีวาระการทำงานวาระละ 2 ปีทำหน้าที่เผยแพร่ข้อมูล ช่วยสอน เป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านสารสนเทศแก่หน่วยงานในฝ่ายการพยาบาล(กลุ่มเผยแพร่)
ขอบข่ายงาน
ปฏิบัติงานด้านสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยและ/หรือนอกหอผู้ป่วยในการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการ และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตลอดจนจัดกระทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาลทั้งการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล การบริหาร การสอนวิชาการ ตลอดจนประสานงานกับงานเวชสารสนเทศด้านอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1. ประสานในการจัดหาคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับใช้ในหน่วยงานของฝ่ายการพยาบาล
