วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2558 จึงกลับไปที่

วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2558 จึงกลับไปที่โรงพยาบาลอีกครั้ง พบนายแพทย์สุรเดช [เอกสารแนบ-6] ซึ่งในรายงานระบุว่า คนไข้มีการติดเชื้อที่ชั้นใต้ผิวหนังระดับลึก Cellulitis รักษาโดยให้ยาปฎิชีวนะแต่อาการไม่ดีขึ้น วันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2558 คนไข้จึงกลับไปพบนายแพทย์สุรเดชอีกครั้ง ครั้งนี้นายแพทย์สุรเดชให้คนไข้ไปพบแพทย์ที่เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับอายุรกรรมโรคติดเชื้อและเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อนคือ แพทย์หญิงศิริพร ศรีโรจกุล [เอกสารแนบ-7]

แพทย์หญิงศิริพรให้ยาปฎิชีวนะทางสายน้ำเกลือวันละ 3 ครั้ง แต่คนไข้ได้แจ้งกับแพทย์หญิงศิริพรว่ากำลังจะเดินทางไปประเทศออสเตรเลียเช้าวันที่ 13 ธันวาคม 2558 ซึ่งสามารถยกเลิกการเดินทางได้หากมีเหตุจำเป็น (มีเอกสาร Fit to Fly ที่ออกให้โดยนายแพทย์สุรเดช [เอกสารแนบ-8] ) แพทย์หญิงศิริพรจึงบอกว่าเมื่อเดินทางไปถึงประเทศออสเตรเลียและอาการยังไม่ดีขึ้น (หมอน่าจะรู้ว่าอาการจะไม่ดีขึ้นแน่นอน) ไปโรงพยาบาลทันที
และเป็นตามที่แพทย์หญิงศิริพรบอก เมื่อคนไข้เดินทางไปถึงประเทศออสเตรเลียวันที่ 13 ธันวาคม 2558 คนไข้ยังปวดที่ขาข้างซ้ายและเริ่มมีของเหลวใสไหลออกมา คืนวันนั้นจึงเข้าพักรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลในประเทศออสเตรเลียต่ออีก 5 วัน (อยู่ที่โรงพยาบาลแคมเบลล์ทาว์น 3 วันและโรงพยาบาลลิเวอร์พูล 2 วัน) ซึ่งค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดนี้คนไข้ต้องเป็นผู้จ่ายเองทั้งหมด จำนวน 105,000 บาท [เอกสารแนบ-9]

จึงทำให้เกิดการผ่าตัดครั้งที่ 2 วันที่ 30 มกราคม 2559 โดยแพทย์ชุดเดิม [เอกสารแนบ-11] ในการผ่าตัดครั้งนี้ คนไข้ได้แจ้งกับโรงพยาบาลว่า การผ่าตัดครั้งที่ 2 เกิดจากความบกพร่องของแพทย์ที่ดูแลคนไข้ โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ-พัทยาควรรับผิดชอบด้วย ทำให้คนไข้ได้รับส่วนลด 50% จากการรักษาทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับเอ็นร้อยหวาย ค่าผ่าตัด 83,090 บาทหลังจากหักส่วนลดแล้ว
