1. ปรับปรุงแผนปฏิบัติราชการ 4 ปี ของกระทรวง โดยเพิ่มประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาลให้สมบูรณ์โดยเฉพาะด้านการสร้างความโปร่งใสหรือการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตฯ และการส่งเสริมและคุ้มครองจริยธรรม
2. ส่วนราชการในสังกัดปรับปรุงแผนปฏิบัติราชการ 4 ปี ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนปฏิบัติราชการ 4 ปี ของกระทรวง โดยเพิ่มประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาลโดยเฉพาะด้านการสร้างความโปร่งใสหรือการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตฯ และการส่งเสริมและคุ้มครองจริยธรรม (ตามขั้นตอนที่ 1)
3.ส่วนราชการในสังกัดร่วมกันปรับปรุงแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีของส่วนราชการให้สอดคล้องกับแผนปฏิบัติราชการ 4 ปี (ตามขั้นตอนที่ 2) และนำแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีที่กำหนดไปสู่การปฏิบัติ
4. จัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนให้ ศปท. ดำเนินการโดยส่งเรื่องร้องเรียนไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่องจนได้ข้อยุติ
