หากสิ่งของตามสัญญานี้เกิดชำรุดบกพร่อง หรือขัดข้องอันเนื่องมาจากการใช้งานตามปกติ ผู้ขายจะต้องจัดการซ่อมแซมหรือแก้ไขให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้การได้ดีดังเดิมภายใน.............วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้ซื้อโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น โดยให้นับวันที่ได้รับแจ้งเป็นวันเริ่มต้น
