งานศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงเจตคติและปัญหาของบุคลากรที่มีต่อระบบ e-service กรณีศึกษาสำนักหอสมุดแห่งชาติ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้นตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่บุคลากรสำนักหอสมุดแห่งชาติจำนวน 50 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบโควตา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณ 5 ระดับ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณ โดยผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าเจตคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อระบบ e-service กรณีศึกษาสำนักหอสมุดแห่งชาติ โดยรวมแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
