งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ค้นหารูปแบบพฤติกรรมนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยทำการศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่ถูกกล่าวถึงในเว็บไซต์วิจารณ์การท่องเที่ยว ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกใช้เทคนิคการหากฎความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งเป็นวิธีหนึ่งจากหลายวิธีของการทำเหมืองข้อมูลที่มีการวิเคราะห์ความซับซ้อนของข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้มีการเก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมของท่องเที่ยวจากแหล่งข้อมูลการวิจารณ์ลงบนเว็บไซต์ที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษของนักท่องเที่ยวที่เคยมาเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลัง 5 ปี แล้วนำมาคำนวณหาความสัมพันธ์ของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่าน ซึ่งผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้จะสามารถสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนในการวางแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดภูเก็ตในอนาคต

This research aims to analyze the search behaviour of tourists in Phuket. By studying the relationship of the attractions mentioned in the criticisms of tourism Web site. A wide range of research techniques, people find a relationship to which the rule is one of several methods of data mining to analyze the complexity of data from large databases. In this research, the data being stored in the behavior of the data source from the criticism on Web sites in English of tourists ever visit in Phuket by historical data stored for 5 years, and then taken to determine the relationship of the attractions in Phuket to analyze the behavior of tourism in the last 5 years, that results from this research will be able to create new knowledge that is beneficial to the Government and the private sector in tourism development planning of Phuket in future.
