การวิจัยเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน : กรณีศึกษา เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพมหานคร” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป อาศัยอยู่ในเขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 398 คน และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนำเสนอ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test และ F-test (One way ANOVA) ซึ่งได้ทำการสรุปผลการศึกษาดังนี้
