บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัย “การสำรวจความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อวิธีการเลือกซื้อเครื่องสำอางในระบบออนไลน์อย่างมมีคุณภาพ” นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ “เพื่อประมาณร้อยละของนักศึกษาที่มีความคิดเห็นต่อวิธีการเลือกซื้อเครื่องสำอางในระบบออนไลน์อย่างมีคุณภาพ” ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ นักศึกษาสาขาสถิติประยุกต์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 164 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่แทนที่(Simple random sampling without replacement) ขนาดตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 22 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษาสาขาสถิติประยุกต์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี วิธีการที่นักศึกษาใช้ในการเลือกซื้อเครื่องสำอางในระบบออนไลน์อย่างมีคุณภาพ พบว่า วิธีการที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเลือกเป็นลำดับแรก คือ ดูจากเครื่องหมายรับรองจากหน่วยงานที่เชื่อถือได้ (อย.) จำนวน 14 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.6 ลำดับที่สองคือ พิจารณาว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือและมีใบรับรองสินค้า จำนวน 9 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.9 ลำดับที่สามคือ พิจารณาว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือและมีใบรับรองสินค้า จำนวน 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.2
ดังนั้นวิธีการเลือกซื้อเครื่องสำอางในระบบออนไลน์อย่างมีคุณภาพ ควรใช้วิธีการดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ดูจากเครื่องหมายรับรองจากหน่วยงานที่เชื่อถือได้ (อย.) 2) พิจารณาจากเว็บไซต์ว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือและมีใบรับรองสินค้า 3) พิจารณาจากวันที่ผลิต วันหมดอายุ ชื่อบริษัทที่ผลิต ที่อยู่ หรือบริษัทผู้นำเข้า
