ผู้จะขายมีสิทธิให้ผู้จะซื้อย้ายออกจากที่ดินดังกล่าวทันที ในกรณีดังกล่าวผู้จะซื้อยินยอมย้ายออกไปโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น
