รายงานการวิจัยฉบับนี้ เป็นรายงานผลของการศึกษาทดลองเรื่อง การวัดค่าความหวานจากพืช ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 โรงเรียนกาญจนาภิเษกวิทยาลัย นครปฐม (พระตำหนักสวนกุหลาบมัธยม) ในปีการศึกษา 2556 รายงานฉบับนี้เป็นเอกสารทางวิชาการ ที่แสดงผลของ การวัดค่าความหวานของพืชต่างชนิดกัน จากการสกัดที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งคณะผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาและทดลอง และพบว่าสารละลายจากใบหญ้าหวานที่สกัดด้วยน้ำมีค่าความหวานที่มากที่สุด
