4. คลายเสื้อผ้าให้หลวม
5. เมื่อผู้ป่วยรู้สึกตัวแล้วและร่างกายเย็นมาก ให้เอาผ้าห่อคลุมตัว ให้อบอุ่นและหาเครื่องดื่มร้อนๆ ให้ดื่มเพื่อให้ความอบอุ่นร่างกาย
6. ถ้าผู้ป่วยยังไม่รู้สึกตัวให้รีบนำส่งโรงพยาบาลโดยเร็ว
