บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความคิดเห็น และความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน นักศึกษาต่อการบริการของงานแนะแนวอาชีพและการจัดหางานในวิทยาลัยพณิชยการ บางนา เพื่อให้ทราบถึงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของวิทยาลัย พณิชยการบางนา ในปีการศึกษา 2557 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 351 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน - นักศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริการงานแนะแนวอาชีพและจัดหางานภายในวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา ปีการศึกษา 2557 พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 245 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.80 ในขณะที่มีเพศชายเพียง 106 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.20 เป็นนักเรียนระดับ ปวส.2 จำนวน 107 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.50 รองลงมาคือ นักศึกษาระดับ ปวช.3 จำนวน 65 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.50 ปวส.1 จำนวน 64 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.20 ปวช.2 จำนวน 61 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.40 และปวช.1 จำนวน 54 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 15.40 เป็นนักเรียน นักศึกษาที่เรียนอยู่ผลัดที่หนึ่งจำนวน 232 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.10 รองลงมาคือผลัดที่ 2 จำนวน 119 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.90 มีความพึงพอใจในด้านการให้บริการของงานแนะแนวอาชีพ ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านสื่อ/อุปกณ์ ด้านทุนการศึกษา ด้านสาเหตุที่ใช้บริการงานแนะแนวอาชีพและจัดหางาน โดยภาพรวมแล้วความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน นักศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
