การศึกษา ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน STABLE System Co.,Ltd. มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน STABLE System Co.,Ltd. (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการทำงานของพนักงาน STABLE System Co.,Ltd. และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ข่าวสารของพนักงานใน STABLE System Co.,Ltd. ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงาน STABLE System Co.,Ltd. จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ใช้สถิติแบบพรรณนา (Descriptive statistic) โดยการวิเคราะห์แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้การทดสอบค่าที (T-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนจำแนกทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) โดยการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD.
