๒. ปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มช่องจราจรได้แก่ การขยายถนนและทาสีตีเส้นการจราจร และจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย คอยอำนวยความสะดวกและเข้มงวดกวดขันตามกฎการจราจรผลงานประมาณ ๗๐%
