บทคัดย่อ


โครงงานเรื่อง น้ำยาล้างจานจากมะกรูด นี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อต้องการศึกษาค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับความเป็นกรดของน้ำมะกรูด ที่สามารถชำระล้างสิ่งสกปรกได้ดีพอๆ กับน้ำยาล้างจานที่มีสารเคมีหรือไม่ ต้นทุนต่ำและไม่มีสารตกค้าง เพราะใช้วัตถุดิบจากธรรมชาติ อย่างน้ำมะกรูด น้ำด่าง น้ำเกลือ และหัวเชื้อน้ำยา โดยมีขั้นตอนการศึกษาค้นคว้า โดยนำหัวเชื้อลงไปกวนในถังโดยใช้ไม้กวนไปทางเดิม ห้ามกวนสวนทาง และใส่น้ำมะกรูด น้ำด่าง น้ำเกลือ ลงไปทีละนิดสลับกัน จนหมดกวนซักพักทิ้งไว้ และเมื่อนำไปล้างจานจะเกิดผลอย่างไร ผลปรากฏว่า เมื่อนำไปล้างจานจะสะอาดพอๆกับน้ำยาล้างจานที่มีสารเคมี มีต้นทุนที่ต่ำกว่า สามารถทำใช้เองได้ภายในบ้าน ทำให้ประหยัดค่าใช่จ่ายภายในบ้านด้วย





ที่มาและความสำคัญ

จากสภาวะเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบันที่เราได้ประสบปัญหากันนั้น หลายท่านคงทราบว่า ภาวะเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทยที่ดิ่งตัวลงอย่างน่าตกใจนั้นได้ส่งผลต่อราคาสินค้าอุปโภคและบริโภคในตลาดได้ปรับตัวสูงขึ้นตามไปด้วย ทำให้เหล่าพ่อค้าและประชาชนต้องประสบปัญหาสินค้าแพง และสินค้าขายไม่ได้ แถมยังต้องประสบกับปัญหาสินค้าขาดตลาดซึ่งก็คือ น้ำมันปาล์มอีกด้วย ทำให้ราคาสินค้ายิ่งขยับตัวแพงขึ้นไปอีก ซึ่งท่านพ่อบ้านแม่บ้านอาจจะกำลังกลุ้มใจกับรายจ่ายภายในครัวเรือนที่ต้องมีรายจ่ายเพิ่มขึ้น แต่รายรับยังมีเท่าเดิม ดังนั้นพวกเราจึงได้ปรึกษาและหาทางออกเพื่อช่วยท่านพ่อบ้านและแม่บ้านทั้งหลาย ให้มีรายจ่ายภายในครัวเรือนลดน้อยลงบ้าง ซึ่งต้องเริ่มจากสิ่งที่เราใช้ทุกวัน และสิ้นเปลืองอย่างมาก เช่น น้ำยาล้างจาน ที่ได้ขยับราคาขึ้นสูงอีกเหมือนกันเราจึงได้คิดค้นวิธีศึกษา และวิธีทำน้ำยาล้างจานใช้เองซึ่งจะทำให้ได้ลดรายจ่ายภายในครัวเรือนได้อีกนิดนึงก็ยังดี น้ำยาล้างจานที่เราได้ศึกษาและนำมาเสนอนี้ ล้วนมีวัตถุดิบที่มาจากธรรมชาติหาได้ภายในครัวเรือนและท้องถิ่น ไม่อันตราย แถมยังไม่ต้องซื้อหา ทำให้ประหยัดเงินไปได้อีกมากมาย วิธีการทำน้ำยาล้างจานก็ง่ายแสนง่าย เพียงแค่ท่านพ่อบ้านแม่บ้าน หรือผู้ที่สนใจจะศึกษา และน้ำไปทำก็สามารถทำได้ด้วยตัวเอง แถมเมื่อเรามีความรู้ความสามารถทำได้สำเร็จแล้วนั้นเราอาจจะแบ่งปันความรู้ให้กับผู้ที่สนใจแต่ไม่ค่อยมีเวลาศึกษาเอกสารเองก็ได้ หรืออาจจะต่อยอดความรู้ให้เป็นธุรกิจเสริม หรือ ธุรกิจหลักทำรายได้ให้ครอบครัวและชุมชนของตัวเองก็ได้
