3. สถานการณ์ หมายถึง เหตุการณ์หรือโอกาสที่เอื้ออำนวยให้เลือกกระทำกิจกรรม เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการ เช่น การท่องเที่ยวตามหมู่เกาะ ควรกระทำในยามคลื่นลมสงบ ไม่ควรทำในขณะที่มีพายุฝนฟ้าคะนอง
