การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาตำบลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่านัด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมคิดและตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมติดตามและประเมินผล โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่านัด จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (SPSS) เพื่อหาค่าทางสถิติประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ (%) , ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)
