1. การศึกษาระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา (Pre-School Education)
ประกอบด้วยการเลี้ยงดูเด็ก สำหรับเด็กอายุ 6 เดือนถึง 3 ปี และอนุบาลสำหรับเด็กอายุ 3-5 ปี
