Surface Finishing หรือ Board Finishing เป็นกระบวนการผลิตขั้นตอนสุดท้ายในการเคลือบผิวทองแดงบนแผ่น PCB เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดออกไซด์ได้ดี ซึ่งจะมีแต่ละประเภท ดังนี้⚙️ OSP เป็นการใช้สาร Organic ที่ปราศจากสารตะกั่วเคลือบผิวทองแดง โดยผิวหน้าของ PCB จะมีลักษณะงานคล้ายกับการเคลือบด้วย Flux ⚙️ Immersion Silver : เป็นการเคลือบผิวด้วยเงินแบบปลอดสารตะกั่วที่ไม่เป็นพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นการชุบเพื่อเพิ่มการนำไฟฟ้า⚙️ Hot Air Solder Leveling : เคลือบลายเส้นด้วยตะกั่ว-ดีบุก ด้วยวิธี HASL เป็นการชุบแผ่น PCB ทั้งแผ่นลงในอ่างตะกั่วหลอมเหลวที่อุณหภูมิประมาณ 300 องศาเซลเซียส และจะเป่าออกด้วย Air Knife⚙️ Gold Plated : เป็นการชุบเคลือบลายด้วยทองทั้งแผ่น เหมาะสำหรับงานที่ต้องการความนำไฟฟ้าสูงหรือเป็น contact มีต้นทุนค่อนข้างสูง โดยแผนก Surface Finish จะมีการตรวจ Surface appearance And Thickness of Surface with X-Ray Fischer and X-Ray CMI ซึ่งเป็นแผนกเดียวที่วัด Surface thichness ได้ โดยควบคุมตาม MI เพือไม่ให้เกินน้อยกว่า Spec ที่จะทำให้ลูกค้า Reject และบริษัทเสียหาย
